TERMS OF SALE
Hours of Customer Service: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (PST).
Prices: Effective June 15, 2009 sales tax may apply in California.
We have no order minimum!
Payment Terms: Payment may be made by personal check, cashiers check, American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are subject to a clearance period of 5 business days. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.

We are unable to process shipments outside the contiguous U.S.
Warranty: Unless otherwise specified, we will honor all manufacturer warranties. Broken or defective merchandise should be sent freight prepaid to the specific manufacturer's warehouse. You must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping.
Returns and Shortages: All returns must be pre-authorized and made within 5 days of receipt of goods. A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our office before returning any merchandise. Ship merchandise prepaid and insured to the address specified over the phone or in email, after obtaining a RA number from our office. Returns not due to warranty claims, or factory error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned.
Damaged Merchandise: All our shipments are fully insured. Place a claim immediately with the carrier if damaged merchandise is discovered. If shipping carton shows no damage, place a hidden damage claim. Return of damaged merchandise to us will void your insurance and terminate your ability to reclaim value.
