Prices: Effective January 1, 2005 – 7% sales tax for shipments in Ohio.

Payment Terms: Payment may be made by personal check, cashier’s check, American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are subject to a clearance period of 5 business days. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Shipping Charges:    There is a flat fee of $6.85 for all orders up to $35.00 in the contiguous U.S.  Orders over $35.00 are charged a flat fee depending on the amount purchased.  We are unable to process shipments outside the contiguous U.S. 

Warranty: Unless otherwise specified, we will honor all manufacturer warranties. Broken or defective merchandise should be sent freight prepaid to the specific manufacturer's warehouse. You must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping.

Returns and Shortages: All returns must be pre-authorized and made within 5 days of receipt of goods. A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our office before returning any merchandise. Ship merchandise prepaid and insured to the address specified over the phone or in email, after obtaining a RA number from our office. Returns not due to warranty claims, or factory error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Custom orders may not be returned.  Although shipping is free for lift chairs and scooters, a shipping fee will be deducted from any lift chair or scooter returned.

Damaged Merchandise: All our shipments are fully insured. Place a claim immediately with the carrier if damaged merchandise is discovered. If shipping carton shows no damage, place a hidden damage claim. Return of damaged merchandise to us will void your insurance and terminate your ability to reclaim value.
